Tom began his career with Redden as a member of a field crew in 1974. He subsequently served as a superintendent, general field superintendent, project manager, and an estimator, before becoming the sole owner of Redden in 2003. Tom will be your pre construction contact with over 30 years’ experience in this field.
Ted joined Redden Construction in 1986 and is highly regarded due to his expertise in construction and his relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. His vast experience gives our team the ability to navigate through challenging projects. Ted’s problem-solving abilities allow for less downtime on projects, saving time and money. He provides education and mentoring to Redden’s workforce. He routinely consults with all field personnel on means and methods, scheduling and sequencing of the work and leads Redden’s safety program.
With over 20 years of construction experience, Randy is responsible for managing permitting, record keeping, contract documents, change orders, and project closeout. He utilizes his highly developed organizational skills to manage subcontractor activities, project costs, project documentation, progress billing, and project closeout. Randy’s talent as a project manager is backed by a strong resume of projects with a proven record of on-time, and within budget completions.
